Vintech RCAM-Lite v5

Vintech RCAM-Lite is a standalone system for true shape nesting and NC programming, functionally limited version of Vintech RCAM v5.

It is designed for production of short series, maintenance and repair shops, or production of outdoor advertisements, provided the following terms.

  • true shape nesting of small quantity of parts on one plate.

  • quantity of machined metal – up to 50 tones per month.

  • programming of one machine for:

. oxy-fuel cutting with one torch,

. plasma cutting with manual control of the parameters of plasma source and cutting regime,

. laser cutting with standard NC commands, without technological tables.

Vintech RCAM-Lite uses universal postprocessor, providing the user to set the format of the NC program.

The system is available in English and Russian.

Vintech RCAM-Lite v5 directly reads project files of Vintech RCAM-Xpress v5, and Vintech RCAM v5 and Vintech RCAM-Pro v5 directly read the project files of Vintech RCAM-Lite v5.

The compatibility of the project files of the software family RCAM v5 allows optimization of the configurations, in case of need to distribute the functions between the workplaces of technologist, provider, workshop's programmer, operator, supervisor.
