1997-2000: Development

2000-2005: Vintech RASKROY WL

  • Import of parts geometry from DXF files. Primitives: line, arc, circle.

  • Analysis of defects in the model. Model of part, composed by closed contours.

  • Catalogs for plates, parts, blocks. Maximum over-all dimensions of a plate – 8 m. Nesting on plates of rectangular or any shape. Multi-plate nesting.

  • Single and parallel zones for multi-torch processing.

  • Nesting with on-line control against overlapping.

  • Static blocks of groups of nested parts

  • Macro-parts

  • Automatic and interactive nesting controlled by job and nesting queue.

  • Unlimited UNDO for nesting.

  • Automatic and interactive paths with on-line check for overlapping. Path elements: Lead-in – Lead-out along the path normal, Gap, Loop.

  • Automatic and interactive route of rapid moves with optimization.

2005-2006: Vintech RASKROY 2006 Plus

  • New nesting algorithms with no shape or size restrictions of plates and parts. Length of plate – 30 m or greater.

  • New management of job and nesting queue.

  • Advanced user interface and new design of the system.

  • Interactive creating of bridges “part-part”.

  • New path type – open (Slots).

  • Universal PP configured by the user.

  • Managing usable plate remnants for tracking the “run-out” history of a plate.

  • Extending product family: Vintech RASKROY BC 2006 Plus for bevel cutting.

  • Single or three-torch programmed bevels.

  • Bevel paths and path elements with interactive managing of bevels – lead-ins – lead-outs, loops, pseudo-bridges for multi torch cutting.

2007: Vintech RCAM v3

  • New graphic environment.

  • Extending geometric primitives in the input geometry of parts: points, ellipses and splines.

  • Technological knowledge base (TKB) describing the technological environment.

  • TKB for processing technologies.

  • Continuous cutting with chain-cuts.

  • Advanced managing of bevels and bevel paths: extending, shortening, reversing paths.

  • Interactive common nesting by sliding. Creating paths for common cuts interactively.

  • Summary reports for estimating material expenses in a project. Reports for materials in a project by product/order.

  • New trade mark and extending product family: Vintech RCAM, Vintech RCAM-Pro, Vintech NC-TC Verifier.

2008: Vintech RCAM v4

  • Advanced import of a part. Selecting the type of processing by color or contour layer in the input file.

  • User-defined coordinate systems.

  • Managing limit, multiplicity and variants of plate.

  • Programming preliminary processing: marking, centering, overcasting, dimensional punching.

  • Frames for processing parts and plates, longer than the working area of the machine. Geometry of risky zones.

  • Blocks of paths and route. Dynamic blocks.

  • New realization of a route. Working with partial and complete route. Optimizations of routes. Route verification.

  • Automatic common nesting and creating common cuts by pairs.

  • Managing raster marking heads.

  • NC programs with (overlay) machine tables for programming laser complexes of Trumpf company.

  • Automatically creating bridges of type “part-plate” (gaps) on outer contours of parts. Automatically and interactively cutting bridges in a separate move at the end of processing.

2009: Vintech RCAM v5

  • Advanced methods for nesting and programming the processing of complex and complicated geometric parts.

  • Improved general functionality for working with path elements: snapping points and dragging of path elements. Managing automatically lead-ins/lead-outs at path angle, multi-segment loops and angle operations.

  • Block-paths for accelerated matrix nesting with common cuts of identical rectangular parts: z-shaped and part by part.

  • Automatic common nesting with adaptive hodograph.

  • Automatic and interactive creating of common cuts for selected multitude of parts.

  • Import of multi-parts. Breaking a multi-part into parts.

  • Import and Export of job for nesting.

  • Improved document creating of the project. Reports with estimating machine time part by part.

  • Extending product family:

- rDUCT - Library for constructing flat patterns of zinc-coated air fittings,

- Vintech RCAM-Pipe – CAD/CAM system for constructing parts from pipe fittings, true shape nesting and NC programming of round pipes processing,
