    <content:encoded xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/"><![CDATA[<p>Vintech RCAM-Lite v6 is a CAM system for incorporation in CNC controllers and programming of true shape nesting from the machine's console.</p>
<p>The system is offered in equiv-functional variants for Linux / Ubuntu 11.04/10 or Windows XP /7.</p>
<p><br />The usage of Linux version allows virus-free exchange of data with management systems of higher level. <br /><br />The capabilities of the Vintech RCAM-Lite v6 system are greatly advanced and extended compared to v5. Now the operator can do from the machine's panel:</p>
<ul>
<li>perform an one button import of nesting job, created by Vintech RCAM-Pro v6 or Vintech RCAM-Master v6,</li>
<li>create geometry of parts by setting sizes of parametric macros or to import geometry from DXF files,</li>
<li>automate the creation of matrix and regular nestings and processings,</li>
<li>create a nesting payout interactively, easy and quickly,</li>
<li>examine the order of processing and write an NC program for execution from the created nesting layout.</li>

<p>The Vintech rSALES library prices quickly and accurately orders from the nesting layouts in a project and creates Proforma-invoices.</p>
<p>The Vintech rSALES library is intended to be used by metal processing companies, such as Machine shops or outsourcing subcontractors.</p>
<p>The library consists of loadable module and data sheet with prices. It is included in the price of the license for Vintech RCAM-Pro v6 and Vintech RCAM-Xpressv6. The library is not included in the license for Vintech RCAM-Master v6, but can be added as a separate license.</p>
<p>The library calculates the price, by calculating for every part:</p>
<ul>
<li>a price of material based on a price-list and weight of used material for the part, usable remnant and scrap.</li>
<li>a price of processing. When the library is in the structure of Vintech RCAM-Pro v6, the pricing is done based on times as calculated from the NC program, and when it is in the structure of Vintech RCAM-Xpress v6 - based on parts' perimeters.</li>
</ul>

<p>Basis for the pricing are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Precise calculation of processing and rapid moves and pauses for different types of processing types, such as: cutting, marking, overcasting of start holes and contours for processing,</li>
<li>Accurate distribution of the value while cutting with variable parallel head count and spacing,</li>
<li>Calculation of time based on the commands for control of velocity in the NC program and subroutines: trough direct input of F function; or trough input of parameters of #-type(for laser machines of the Yamazaki Mazak 	Optonics Company)</li>
<li>Accurate estimation of used material, usable remnant and scrap.</li>
</ul>
<p> </p>
<p>The result of the work of Vintech rSALES library is a Proforma invoice document, that can be in more then one currency, for foreign or external sales, with or without VAT, in more then one language, with or without added total factory expenses, additional expenses and profit or discount.</p>

<li>Import parts from DXF files in the project. </li>
<li>Create nesting layouts trough automatic or interactive true shape nesting.</li>
<li>Save proforma invoices from orders for layouts from the project, including processing and material cost.</li>
</ol>
<p>Connectivity with other systems:</p>
<ul>
<li>Imports Jobs created by Vintech RCAM-Pro v6 or Vintech RCAM-Master v6,</li>
<li>Imports parts and multi-parts from DXF files,</li>
<li>Saves projects which can be read or used by Vintech RCAM-Pro v6 or Vintech RCAM-Master v6,</li>

    <title>Common Cuts in Vintech RCAM</title>

<p>The functions for common cut allow machine time reduction for processing by program with 10 to 15%  on the average and decrease metal scrap.</p>
<p>Normally, the creation of common cuts requires experience and qualification to solve the following problems:</p>
<ul>
<li>to nest the parts for common cut – on a distance one cutting diameter,</li>
<li>to build cutting paths,  according to the optimal sequence of the common parts walking,</li>
<li>to build lead ins/lead outs of the paths.</li>
</ul>
<p>The using of common cuts has some "natural" known restrictions: roughness of the one side of the cut during plasma cutting, inapplicability of the methods for none-equidistant programming.</p>
<p>Until now, in the versions of the system Vintech RCAM, were developed the following methods for their building:</p>
<ul>
<li>manual,</li>
<li>interactive,</li>
<li>automatic, for block of two identical parts.</li>
</ul>
<p>In version 5, also are developed new complex methods for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Creation of matrices of identical, rectangular parts with common cuts.</li>
<li>Automatic common nesting, with or without control of common corner of the part with neighbor part.</li>
<li>Automatic creation of common cuts on multitude of common parts with control of  'islands' of uncut paths.</li>
<li>Interactive creation of common cuts with control of 'islands' of uncut paths.</li>
</ul>
<p>The methods for creation of matrices with common cuts are included in Vintech RCAM, and the  rest of the methods in Vintech RCAM-Pro.</p>
<p>Now, it is possible, at any time, to choose interactive or automatic creation of common cuts, and the control of 'islands' of uncut paths is permanent.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px; ">When the common cuts are created automatically, is possible to:</p>
<blockquote style="padding-left: 30px; ">
<ul>
<li>pre-process holes in parts with common cuts,</li>
<li>automatic completion of partially connected common cuts,</li>
<li>automatic creation of complete route – sequence of rapid moves and cutting moves throughout the nesting.</li>
</ul>

<p style="padding-left: 30px; ">When the common cuts are created interactively, is possible to:</p>
<blockquote style="padding-left: 30px; ">
<ul>
<li> reverse the direction of the common path by pointing,</li>
<li>create uncompleted sequences of common cuts.</li>

<p>In RCAM-Pro the functions for automatic and interactive creation of common cuts are united in general interface, including the methods for automatic creation of paths and route.</p>

<p>Notes:</p>
<p><b>Common nesting</b> is nesting of contours or contour segments of neighbor parts, where the contours of two parts are on a distance exactly one cutting diameter. Vintech RCAM is nesting commonly only along linear contour segments.</p>
<p><b>Common paths</b> are completely overlapping parts of cutting paths when walking around neighbor parts. In the true shape nesting technology, the re-cutting of already cut path, is generally intolerable. In Vintech RCAM are developed functions, which allow deleting one of both common paths.</p>
<p><b>Common cut</b> is sequence of cutting moves and rapid moves, through which common nested parts are separated with only one cutting move.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>The system includes plasma cutting machine and software for managing orders, constructing, true shape nesting and NC programming.</p>
<p><span><span><span>The CNC cutting machine </span></span><span><span><span><span><span>is</span></span></span></span></span><span><span><span><span> </span></span></span></span><span><span><span><span><span>equipped</span></span></span></span></span> <span><span> with two supports: for plasma cutting and raster marking. It is produced by Vintech's specification for marking and cutting of thin-plate parts.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span><span>The software is designed for managing and financial evaluation of orders of zink-coated air ducts, constructing flat patterns, making jobs by orders, true shape nesting, creation of NC programs and documentation.</span><br /><span>Order of 15 types of fittings with total 50 elements can be received and prepared for manufacturing for about 30 to 45 minutes, and time for single plate processing, including marking of parts from the program, averages 5 minutes. </span></span></p>
<p><span>New in the system is the decision to program Ink jet printer for industrial marking Hitachi PB260.The marking is performed with a constant high speed, and the texts are inscribed by sequential, parallel to the longitudinal axis movements. </span></p>
<p><span>The parts are constructed automatically based on normalized parametric macros of the assemble elements. The parts patterns contain the required assembly supplements, cutting starts for lines of folding and render an account of the extension caused by the plastic deformation from folding.</span></p>
<p><span>The usage of the Complex system allows dramatic time reduction for processing the orders, increases the quality  of the produced fittings and relieves the staff qualification requirements. </span></p>]]></content:encoded>
