is a CAM system for interactive true shape nesting and NC programming.

Vintech RCAM-Lite is developed as a standalone, 32-bit, Windows(XP, 7) or Linux based system, with a contemporary user interface and Unicode based multi-language support.

It is intended for incorporation into CNC systems work under Linux or Windows XP/7.

Main characteristics

  • Imports parts' and multi-parts' geometry to the project from DXF and ESSI formats, and from buit-in libraries with parametric macros, and automatically filters and cleans geometrical defects of part's model,
  • Nests objects interactively, tightly and step by step on a single plate blank with on-line control of overlap. The system provides:

      • functions for dragging of parts from the Job to the plate,

      • advanced interactive nesting functions,

      • advanced regular/matrix nesting,

      • automatic creation of inner paths and route of rapid moves in each nested part,
      • work with dynamic blocks consist of many parts,
  • interactively creates and manages the processing technology including dragging of path elements and modifying them using "halos",
  • generates NC programs using Universal postprocessor. Generates technological documents,
  • provides "up-down" compatibility of the projects with Vintech RCAM-Master v6 and Vintech RCAM-Pro v6.
