VINTECH's most developed CAM software for true shape nesting and NC programming.

Vintech RCAM-Pro v6 is developed as a standalone, 32-bit, Windows(XP, Vista, 7) or Linux based system, with a contemporary user interface and Unicode based multi-language support.

Vintech RCAM-Pro v6 is intended for

  • use in serial production with heavy production load,
  • programming of advanced CNC machines for laser, water-jet, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, combined plasma cutting with drill-boring processes, etc.,
  • programming of processing using special technological methods, such as: common cuts, bevel cutting, pre-piercing, processing by frames, etc.,
  • integration into complex systems, with the highest level of design automation.

 

Main characteristics

  • Imports parts' and multi-parts' geometry to the project from DXF and ESSI formats, and from buit-in libraries with parametric macros, and automatically filters and cleans geometrical defects of part's model,
  • uses advanced Technological Knowledge Base to automate the creation of processing technologies,
  • nests objects tightly and step by step with on-line control against overlap. Nests automatically or interactively on many plates under user's control,
  • has advanced functionality for work with blocks, for definition of bevels and bevel paths, as well as processing qualities,
  • has advanced capabilities for creation of processing paths and route of rapid moves, while providing maximum flexibility in choosing when to create the cutting technology – before nesting, after each nesting of an object or after nesting,
  • creates processing technology automatically with optimization and interactively, with on-line control of overlap and of "islands" of uncut paths, with interactive “dragging” and “halos”, tacking into account the part' insertion and part-by-part nesting,
  • builds and edits abundant variety of path elements, as :lead-ins and lead-outs, common cuts, bridges “part-part”, bridges “part– plate”, pseudo-bridges, "loops" in the acute corners, path's direction, chain-cuts for continuous and paths for common line cutting,
  • programs additional and special processings, such as pre-piercing, vector and text marking, cleaning contours, processing by frames,
  • has advanced functionality for work with usable remnants and cutting of the scrap skeleton,
  • generates NC programs with complex structure through open and adjustable postprocessors,
  • prices orders from nesting layouts, by accurately accounting the processing time and material.
