I loaded, installed and run the new version, but the system does not work. What should I do?

Required condition to work with Vintech RCAM system is to have a dongle for hardware protection WIBU with valid registration code for the purchased version.

After updating to new version, You have to make a NEW registration request and send it to the Support service, the Support service will send You an e-mail with a valid registration code, which You have to load into WIBU dongle.

There is a file "WIBU code EN.pdf" in the distributive CD with instructions for servicing the WIBU dongle. Please follow the instructions in this file.

If You have used an older version of the system, probably You have HASP key. To use the current version, first of all You have to replace this key with a WIBU one.
