How to update?

If You have purchased Vintech RASKROY or Vintech RCAM and the Warranty period has expired, to update You have to buy One-time update to Vintech RCAM v6.

If You have purchased Vintech RCAM v5.5 and the Warranty period hasn't expired, You have the right of a free update to Vintech RCAM v6. For that purpose:

1.Download the latest release of the system version You have purchased from the following website http://support.vintech.bg/.

2.Get acquainted to the installation instruction.

3.Run the install wizard and follow its instructions.

Important: Download the setup program which is for the system version You have purchased!

If the warranty period has expired less than 1(one) month ago, You have the opportunity to sign a Paid support contract. It has duration one year and includes a free update to the latest version(but not release) of the purchased product.

Important! The Paid support contract is significantly more effective than the one-time update, in price comparison.
