What does description of the technological environment mean?

The description of the environment is made in datasets: machines, carriages, torches, gases, universal postprocessors configurations, external postprocessors, material types and grades, processing technologies, tables with machine parameters.

The machine is placed at the top level of the structure that describes the environment and is described by the structure elements that compose it, which can hold their own elements and etc.

Example: the Machine uses one or another Postprocessor; the Machine has Carriage (for specific cutting/processing); the Carriage uses Torches (Nozzles or others) for different Material thicknesses and Material types; the Nozzle may use Gas compound; the Nozzle can be produced by different Manufacturer; for each processing material Type and Thickness, for the given Machine, the parameters for managing the technology are stored in the Processing technologies table.

In the beginning of each project, the user has to select Machine, Material and Thickness, and Vintech RCAM loads automatically the requisite parameters for managing the processing technology in the current zone.
