TRY TO BUY
More often the factory searches a solution to program his own unique CNC machine. In that case the best way to select CAD/CAM system for true shape nesting is to use it in real tests, which is called TRY AND BUY.
The factory experts in working conditions, for a specific time, get acquainted with the selected CAD/CAM system.
To conduct TRY AND BUY, VINTECH or its dealer provides to the factory a License agreement of Vintech RCAM-Pro (or Vintech RCAM-Pipe). The license's kit has to be back after the end of TRY AND BUY period.
VINTECH actively participates in TRY AND BUY conducting as prepares Postproccessors and Technological Knowledge Base for the user's machine. During the TRY AND BUY period, VINTECH maintains contact with the user and answers all his questions related to the Vintech RCAM-Pro usage.
After the TRY AND BUY period, the user knows for sure which one CAD/CAM system for true shape nesting and NC programming is the right choice.
An implementation which is included in the license's price
In cases when the usage of Vintech RCAM-Pro, Vintech RCAM-Master and Vintech RCAM-Pipe need consultations and implementation by VINTECH or by its dealers, if the systems are intended for programming of very expensive equipment.
The experts who performed the implementation should have an experience and knowledge in NC programming, IT and metal processing technology.
In VINTECH is considered, each new license of Vintech RCAM-Master, Vintech RCAM-Pro and Vintech RCAM-Pipe to be delivered to the user ready to use.
For this purpose, before the purchase the user completes a form for Vintech RCAM configuration, contains the machine functionality description.
The user agrees, in case of necessity, to give to VINTECH current tested NC programs, cutting modes information and short description of NC commands set which programming the machine.
VINTECH sets a Postproccessor and Technological Knowledge Base for a single specific machine, and then writes it on the distribution CD and delivers to the user all created files for the specific machine.
Paid implementation
The Paid implementation is a service which VINTECH and its dealers conduct.
To adapt to the specific user requirements is possible to:
- modify technological and organizational documents, created by the system,
- solve specific production problems,
- set DNC interface,
- develop a Postproccessor and Technological Knowledge Base for future machines.
Only after a properly conducting implementation the users could use effectively their complex technology: hardware, software, thermal cutting machine and production management.
Implementation by the user
For Vintech RCAM-Lite, Vintech RCAM-Xpress, Vintech NC-TC Verifier, the user could set easily and run the systems without any necessity of consultations and training. The instructions for system installation, set a universal postproccessor and User manual are included in the distribution CD.
Each user, with skills to instal software by himself, could deal alone with the requirements to run the pointed systems. During the system usage, the user does not need any knowledge on NC programming.
