The Warranty support relates only to new licenses of VINTECH products.

 

example-enThe Warranty support term of the systems of Vintech RCAM family is:

    • For Vintech RCAM-Lite, Vintech RCAM-Xpress, Vintech NC-TCV - 6 months.
    • For Vintech RCAM-Pro, Vintech RCAM-Master and Vintech RCAM-Pipe - 12 months.

    • supplier's phone,
    • e-mail of the supplier,

    • at the office of the supplier, by prior arrangement.

or at any time through the support site of VINTECH /www.vintech.bg/support/.

start1-icon.png-enDuring the term of Warranty support, the user receives the following basic warranty service:

    • consultations for installing and uninstalling of the license,
    • opportunity to register any notes for the work of the system and proposals for its development,
    • opportunity to register and elimination of failures,
    • opportunity to update with current versions of the purchased license,
    • access to the support website for self awareness with the flash movies "how to do this".
warning-en The pointed opportunities are regarded to registered users whose registration cards has been entered and sent  to VINTECH.
