Vintech NC-TC Verifier

Vintech NC-TC Verifier is a standalone, 32 bit, Microsoft® Windows (XP/Vista/7) / Linux based system, which solves the following tasks:

  • Verifies NC programs and subroutines in ESSI and ISO/EIA system commands.
  • Executes NC programs with graphic simulation of  moves.
  • Specifies the correspondence between commands and moves in the graphic simulation.

NC simulation

  • Allows search and editing of commands in NC programs.

  • Observes program registers and calculates the number of piercing points, the time and length for rapid and cutting moves.

Number of pierce points, time and route

  • Exports geometry from NC programs in DXF format.

  • Crates technological map of the NC program in PDF format and specification in HTML format.
