Vintech RPLAN is

a specialized order-based MES system (Manufacturing Execution System). It is intended for order scheduling and managing the nesting jobs in the manufacturing of parts of plates and pipe fittings.

The system is adapted and configured according to period, range and value of each specific case of use.

It combines functionality for managing the structure of products and technical documents for technological preparation, for operational planning of nesting orders.

Vintech RPLAN

unites different methods for fast design with advanced capabilities for managing the manufacturing. It provides integrating of specialized CAD subsystems for constructing parts of plates or pipe fittings like:

library for flat patterns of zinc-coated air ducts rDUCT,
library for constructing pipe fittings from circular pipes rPipe,
library for constructing parts with common 2D shapes and others.

For managing product specifications and organizing engineering documents repository.

Creating elements of specification and products structures
Managing route technologies for an element of specification
Import, saving and maintaining engineering documents with geometric and attribute information for an element of specification, including DXF or other CAD models for parts, in the system DB.
Maintaining modules for constructing parts and assemblies and for creating documents with geometric information: Vintech rDUCT, *** Vintech rPIPE, common macro parts.

Planning

Building a plan based on orders.

Launching an order in the manufacturing.

Deficiency

Maintaining and tracking the manufacturing deficiency by the type of working places.
Import of department drafts and CAD information from ERP/MES system.
