NESPERT Office

Purpose

NESPERT Office is a single-user CAPP (Computer-Aided Process Planning) system for preparation and planning of production processes with figured cutting and programming of CNC machines for thermal and jet cutting, which:

• Works as an application within NESPERT CAM,

• supports and manages the movement of cutting information from receiving a cutting order to creating NC programs and documents for production,

• prices and offers cutting orders,

• tracks the status of each detail throughout the design process,

• automatically controls the completeness of information in cutting orders, plans, tasks and projects,

• provides visibility of changes and traceability of the status of each detail throughout the design process.

  • multiple import from CAD files or from CAD blocks to a CAD file,

• Pricing and quotations for cutting orders:

  • express, without placement,

  • final, after completed cutting.

• Creates and manages cutting plans for production with figured cutting.

  • Supports multiple plans through which it can implement a specific planning process - for "today, tomorrow, later",

    generates cutting plan assignments from all orders in the plan.

• Manages cutting plan assignments from a cutting plan containing details from one or many orders.

  • Loads data from plan assignments into NESPERT CAM projects, and design results - vice versa, into cutting plan assignments,

  • provides centralized access to cutting plan assignments and their projects, cutting cards, details, NC programs, technological sketches.

• Manages changes to details of orders, products, plans, work orders, projects. Applies restrictions depending on the state of a detail during the design process.
  The main types of changes to an order are:

  • Change of geometry of a detail,

  • increase in the number of copies,

  • decrease in the number of copies,

  • change of material in an order.

• Archives Cutting plans and Cutting orders.

System requirements and localization

• NESPERT Office is a standard library that upgrades NESPERT CAM.
  It uses a common SQL database with NESPERT CAM.
  Working in NESPERT CAM with or without NESPERT Office is possible. Cutting projects created under the control of NESPERT Office can be worked without NESPERT Office, only after copying under a new name.

• NESPERT Office works together with NESPERT CAM in the environment of the Microsoft Windows 11, 10 or Ubuntu Linux operating system, in native mode, without emulation,

• The system is localized in English and Bulgarian languages. There are no restrictions on the localization language in the system.
